Portrait of Elsten Torres

№01—The Artist

Elsten Torres

Two-time GRAMMY-nominated and BMI award-winning singer-songwriter from Havana, Cuba, raised in NYC and currently based in Miami. A musical pioneer and one of the architects of the 1990s alternative Latin rock movement, Torres has left a lasting imprint on the industry for over three decades. His career took off in 1994 with the Afro-Cuban/rock hit "Revolución" under the name Fulano De Tal. In 2026 he celebrates a 30th anniversary concert and records his first-ever live album.
